Weekly Communications Update
Dear Members,
We will be modifying the emails delivered to you. We will begin weekly emails, starting Monday, May 3, that showcase general updates from each of our amenities, with a link back to the website for more information. Our goal is for members to have access to all club information with just the tap of a button, and to generate regular website traffic.
As you all know, we recently launched a brand-new website, and we are excited for what this means to you as members and your guests. We have created a 'hub' for all things James River Country Club so that information is easily accessible. Social events, sports events, dining information and more are available in the member portion of the website! With this change, we will discontinue the daily emails and independent weekly golf and tennis updates by condensing the information to one weekly email, while maintaining all current information on the website. We will occasionally send out important news and promotions by themselves.

In May, we will have an in-person class on how to navigate the website for those members who wish to learn more about what is available to them. Please watch for an upcoming notice. If you have not visited our new site, go to jamesrivercountryclub.com. Logging in to the website is easy. Use your existing username and password. If you forgot it, there is a standard assistance tab. If you wish to make changes, go to the "My Club" section, and click "My Profile”. From there, you can adjust your username/password as you wish, as well as any other information. All new members will get set-up initially by Jen Hicks.
