Racket Sports
At James River Country Club there is something for everyone.
The tennis facility is adjacent to the golf course, making a nice peaceful place to get away to enjoy competition or a friendly match. Lessons and clinics are available from our tennis professional, Brian Hogge. Leagues and associations for men, women, and juniors, take place throughout the year and are enjoyed by players of all skill levels. Our combination of five outdoor Har-Tru (clay) and four indoor, heated, courts allow our members year-round play.
Positioned between our outdoor and indoor courts is the full-service Tennis Pro Shop. Members will find all of their tennis needs at the pro shop, as well as details on any upcoming events, programs, and tournaments.
