A Country Club experience, unlike any other.

At James River Country Club, we strive to provide our members with an experience unlike any other - one that makes them feel welcome and at home, while also providing opportunities to connect within our community and enjoy the luxurious amenities of resort life. 

What is the Ambassador Program?

As a new member at JRCC, you will be paired with an Ambassador who will introduce you to life here at the Club, and ensure that you reap the full benefits of your membership. Our Ambassadors are existing members who have been thoughtfully selected and trained in order to make your transition into Club life enjoyable and informative. 

Your Ambassador is available to help you with everything from reserving a spot for pickleball, finding another couple for twilight golf, figuring out which Tuesday is Burger Night and introducing you to Wes' 10th Tee Chicken Salad! Your Ambassador will:

-Provide a full tour of the facilities at your New Member Orientation
-Welcome you into the Club social scene and make introductions to other members who share your interests
-Be available to answer any questions you may have
-Assist you in securing tee-times, court-times and reservations
-Check-in regularly with you to see how you’re enjoying your membership
