	Conrad Lickel General Manager and COO Conrad C. Lickel is the General Manager and COO of James River Country Club. He has 35+ years of directorship with private clubs and resorts that has taken him to many parts of the country. Golf, tennis, fishing, and birding are his pastimes and JRCC certainly has that covered!
	Kathi DeRyder Treasurer/CFO Kathi DeRyder is the CFO and Treasurer of James River Country Club. She has extensive club accounting experience having worked at other area clubs. She graduated from Poquoson High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Christopher Newport University. In her free time, you can find her on the beach in the Outer Banks, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, snow skiing, or spending time with her beloved Black Lab
